No, we are an online store only. We are based in Sydney, Australia and all orders are shipped from here.

Some items in our store can be pre-ordered while we await their arrival at our warehouse.

You can include these items in your order, and we will ship everything together once all items are available.

On the product page, we provide information about the anticipated shipment readiness of pre-ordered items. While we strive to offer the most accurate estimate, please be mindful that unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may occasionally lead to extended waiting times.

Shipping & delivery

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only. All orders are sent from Sydney Metro, via Australia Post.

Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. All domestic orders over 150 AUD have a free standard shipping!

Orders are shipped to the shipping address provided. Please ensure your address is up to date as we are unable to refund or reship items if an order is sent to an incorrect address.

We dispatch most orders within 1 business day. You will be notified when your parcel has been shipped. Please note there may be some dispatch delays during periods around sales, Christmas and New Year.

Yes, you can track your order. We will send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order is paid and dispatched.

Our shipping rates are determined by LOCATION and the TOTAL WEIGHT of your order. Paper Kooka offers FREE SHIPPING on domestic orders over 150 AUD.

Please contact us at if you haven't received a shipping confirmation email within 2 business days of placing your order, and provide an alternative way to contact you as sometimes emails from us bounce back, and in those cases, we will need a different way to contact you.

Orders that have been returned to us by Australia Postdue to you providing an incorrect address or because it was unclaimedwill be automatically cancelled. The store credit will be sent in a form of a gift card for the value of the order less the original shipping fee paid and less the 12.00 AUD restocking fee.

Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns of products that are faulty, arrive damaged during delivery or if they were supplied incorrectly. We will not accept returns for change of mind.
