No, we are an online store only. We are based in Sydney, Australia and all orders are shipped from here.

Shipping & Returns

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only. All orders are sent from Sydney Metro, via Australia Post.

Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. All orders over 149 AUD have free standard shipping!


Orders are shipped to the shipping address provided. Please ensure your address is up to date as we are unable to refund or reship items if an order is sent to an incorrect address.

We usually dispatch orders within 1 business day. Orders placed before 10 a.m. on business days are dispatched the same day!

You will be notified when your parcel has been shipped. Please note there may be some dispatch delays during periods around sales or holiday periods like Christmas.

Yes, you can track your order. We will send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order is paid and dispatched.

Please contact us at shop@paperkooka.com.au if you haven't received a shipping confirmation email within 2 business days of placing your order, and provide an alternative way to contact you as sometimes emails from us bounce back, and in those cases, we will need a different way to contact you.

Orders that have been returned to us due to the parcel not being collected from the post office within 10 business days or due to the incorrect address has been provided to us, will be automatically refunded and the shipping fee for shipping both ways will be deducted.
Example:
The order was made for one $30 item. The shipping cost for the express post to Victoria was $10. Total Order value: $40.
The order was shipped to the customer but no one was at home and no one collected the parcel from the post office so it was automatically returned to us.
We received the parcel and made a refund of $23 ($40 order value minus $10 express shipping to the customer and minus $7 standard return shipping).

We only offer returns to products that are faulty, arrive damaged during delivery or if they were supplied incorrectly. We will not issue a return for change of mind.
To be eligible for a refund, replacement or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Claims must be made in writing to shop@paperkooka.com.au within seven (7) days of receiving your order. If 7 days have gone by since your receiving your goods, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, exchange or replacement.
Please do not send your items back before contacting us as your return has to be approved first. Once your return is approved we will issue you with a reply paid label so that you won't need to pay for your return shipping.
After receiving your returned items, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
