Refund policy

RETURNS

We only accept returns of products that are faulty, arrive damaged during delivery or if they were supplied incorrectly. We will not accept returns for change of mind.

To be eligible for a refund, replacement or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Claims must be made in writing to hello@paperkooka.com.au within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. If 14 days have gone by since your receiving your goods, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, exchange or replacement.

Please do not send your items back before contacting us as your return has to be approved first. Once your return is approved we will issue you with a reply paid label so that you won't need to pay for your return shipping.

After receiving your returned items, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
